3 zucchini
500g minced chicken
2 onions
tomatoes,

Cut the ends off the zucchini and cut the rest into 5-6 cm long pieces. Add the diced onion to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
We hollow out the middle of the cut zucchini pieces to create "cups" with a bottom. Fill the zucchini cups with the prepared with a mixture of ground chicken. Align the top. Arrange on a baking sheet so that there are gaps. Cut the tomatoes into rounds and place one round on each "cup". Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes and bake at a temperature of about 190 C. In the meantime, grate the hard cheese into small pieces on a coarse grater. After 50 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven, carefully sprinkle a little hard cheese on each zucchini. Then put back in the oven to bake for another 10-15 minutes. And it's done. Then just put on a plate and decorate somehow.
And just one last comment from me, this is how it is suitable from Phase IV of the diet program. If you would like to cook this dish in Phase III, replace the onion with leek, the tomato with some green or white vegetable, and the hard cheese with mozzarella or tofu.
