Raw materials: 
80g flaxseed flour
 20g chopped almonds
 30g psyllium husk
 1 bag of baking powder
 150 g white Greek yogurt
 25 g almonds
 1 egg yolk and 4 eggs
 6 tablespoons xylitol
 1 NUPO chocolate powder shake 
 Mix the eggs with the yogurt and xylitol, preferably with a mixer. In a second bowl, mix the powdered cocktail, psyllium flour, baking powder and nuts. Mix both mixtures together and form a loaf. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 160C for about 1 hour.
