Ingredients (12 servings)
150 g almonds
80 g cashew nuts
80 g sunflower seeds
20 g sesame
10 g chia seeds
50 g grated coconut
100 g buckwheat flakes
50g coconut oil
40 g maple syrup
Mix the nuts, seeds and flakes in a bowl. Heat the coconut oil with maple syrup (you can also use a low-calorie sweetener) and add to the mixture. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Stir the mixture occasionally and check that it does not burn. Serve with low-fat yogurt and fruit.
