NUPO Diet

The NUPO diet is a diet developed to achieve fast , safe and effective weight loss. The NUPO diet consists of 6 servings of the NUPO diet per day . This way you get a minimum amount of calories, but at the same time all the necessary nutrients , vitamins and minerals that your body needs. With the NUPO diet you will receive approx. 800 calories per day , and is therefore considered a very low calorie diet (VLCD). The NUPO diet consists of diet shakes , hot meals , soups , porridges and dessert . There is plenty to choose from.
