The pack also includes a NUPO shaker and a Brochure , where you can study the diet plans, the composition of all products and their nutritional values.

        Nupo dieta

        Po více než týdenní zkoušce jsem nezchodila ani 1 kg. Sáčky Nupo mi nevyhovují. Co se týká chuti, ještě puding, svačiny ok, ale co se týká kaše, polévek, hlavních jídel…. je to umělotina. Co bychom taky chtěli od stravy ze sáčků. Mnohem lepších výsledků jsem dosáhla dodržováním upravené stravy dle gramáží, vysazením lepku a správného času a volbou vhodných potravin. Ten kdo chce jíst ze sáčků prosím, máte možnost, já volím zdravější způsob stravy a pohybu.

        Vyzkoušela jsem ale děkuji ne.
