What is important to follow ? 6 servings of NUPO in the first phase, no more, no less. We also do not recommend exercising in the first phase. This is because the calorie deficit would already be too large and muscle mass could be lost. If exercise is an integral part of your life, do not limit it, just start with phase 2, which you then extend to double the duration.

Don't forget about your drinking regime . Yes, it's a rule that's been repeated over and over again, but it's especially true for a powder diet! Don't be afraid to drink 3 liters of water a day. And with every coffee, an extra glass.
