Ingredients:
 vegetables
 vegetable broth
 Himalayan salt with moringa
 turmeric
 black pepper
 egg 
 
 Put the vegetables in a pot, add water, Himalayan salt with moringa, a small spoon of vegetable broth and cook until the vegetables are soft. Finally, add a small spoon of turmeric and beat the eggs with a fork. Remove the soup from the heat and crush the garlic. If you want to use the soup as a main course, I recommend finely chopping the cottage cheese into a plate and pouring the hot soup over them.
