In the days of our ancestors, when people were forced to obtain their food through physical exertion, obesity was very rare. Today, however, we have enough food everywhere and without unnecessary effort. Instead of walking, we mostly drive everywhere, and if we add to that a sedentary job and typical Czech cuisine, we burden our body with a much larger amount of energy than its actual needs. The excess energy is forced to be processed somehow, but unfortunately for us, it is stored in the form of fat. This creates excess fat stores in the body , which cause subsequent dangerous changes. This especially applies to internal or visceral fat, when its environment changes from anti-inflammatory to pro-inflammatory . Chronic inflammation enters our body, which causes the onset of serious diseases such as type II diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, atherosclerosis and arthritis. Chronic inflammation also leads to a greater susceptibility to all infections . And the solution? Excessive use of medications.
Fortunately, more and more people are becoming aware of this problem and are starting to work on changing their lifestyle . They exercise, buy quality food supplements.
