Due to the differences in nutritional values, we do not recommend combining the two ranges. NUPO diet is a complete meal replacement, while One Meal is a meal replacement and the nutritional values are optimized to replace one or two main meals a day. One Meal products contain all the nutrition: protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. If necessary, you can replace one sachet per day with half a portion of One Meal or one Protein Bite bar.
