How do I stop the NUPO diet when I have already lost the desired amount of weight?

It is better for your body to continue the recommended 6-meal daily regimen that you have developed while following the NUPO diet. We recommend eating 3 main meals (morning, noon and evening). Don't forget to eat plenty of raw vegetables and lean meat. In addition, it is recommended to have 2-3 snacks during the day to keep your metabolism active and your blood sugar stable. A low-calorie snack can be yogurt, a handful of almonds or a few carrots. You can also try some of our other products, such as One Meal products or protein bars. The One Meal range consists of a range of meal replacements that you can use to replace 1-2 main meals a day. Protein bars can be used as a snack.
