NUPO nutritionists recommend the 2:5 Diet, as the name suggests, it is actually the inverse of the 5:2, so in practice - 5 days on the NUPO Diet, for example during the work week, and the last two days, the weekend, include a regular diet.

When and why to choose 2:5?

The 2:5 diet is suitable for those who are losing weight in the long term and want to indulge in a "rest" in the form of regular food. But be careful! Always choose healthy and low-calorie foods so that your calorie intake does not exceed 1600 kcal for women/1800 kcal for men.
