Prepare the drink as follows:

vegan version - mix 2 level scoops of NUPO Vegan powder (60 g) with 300 ml of water

non-vegan version - mix 1 heaping scoop (40g) with 300 ml of milk (low-fat) or another beverage with a fat content of up to 0.1%.
