Zuzana's story

My name is Zuzana and I have been doing sports all my life. But I have never been slim and as I got older and moved less frequently, my weight naturally increased. At the age of 37, when I reached a weight of 75 kg at 168 cm, I decided to do something about it. I accidentally came across Nupo and tried it. I honestly followed the recommended plan and drank only Nupo shakes for several weeks. Then I gradually replaced the shakes with a classic diet and included more exercise in my life again. I managed to lose about 10 kg and to this day I manage to keep my weight at 63-65 kg. I kept Nupo shakes in my diet for breakfast because I like the speed of preparation. My favorite flavors are chocolate and Caffe latte, but I like them all. On the other hand, I admit that porridge and soups did not appeal to me, so I did not eat them at all, not even in the 6x Nupo/day regimen. I also still have a supply of One Meal bars at home, which are very good and ideal for trips, skiing, etc.

Nupo is not cheap and I didn't like everything, so I recommend trying everything first and only then ordering products for the period of the planned regimen.

If you decide to lose weight and have a strong will, Nupo is a great choice. Of course, you still need to exercise regularly and eat sensibly even after finishing the Nupo diet. 😉
